Spa Warehouse was started by Dusty Kretzer and Steve Collins 20 years ago in the north end of Hagerstown. After serving the local community for five years at their previous store location in Long Meadow Shopping Center, they moved into their current home at 915 Pennsylvania Avenue. The store is close to the Café Italia Restaurant and North Hagerstown High School, still on the north end of the Hub City.
After building custom hot tubs for a number of years, Dusty and Steve made the decision to sell spas made by Jacuzzi, Dreammaker Spas, and Tropic Seas Spas. After much research, the two felt these were the best spa manufacturers to take the place of their hand-crafted tubs.
Today, the staff continues selling new hot tubs, as well as re-conditioned tubs taken o
n trade-ins. The used hot tubs are inspected thoroughly and serviced to the point of being in top condition for the next owner. And, because Spa Warehouse has a service crew — lead by Steve — that services nearly all makes and models of spas, the company stands behind each tub they sell.
The showroom crew also offers important practical advice to hot tub owners, so they can get the most life out of their investment. This advice includes everything from care to regular maintenance to advice on chemicals.
